One school's False Prophet, could be another's "Messiah"

It’s funny how some things come full circle. Yesterday I posted my Dumpster Fire Quarterback blog. Today, I was scrolling twitter and saw this tweet from Messiah DeWeaver, former Michigan State Quarterback who transferred to East Mississippi Community College after last season (and yes it’s that one, from Last Chance U):

Ironic may be an understatement. A 4 star recruit and the 8th ranked quarterback coming out of high school in 2016, transfers from Michigan State a season before they have a complete implosion at the quarterback position. And now he’s being recruited by my other favorite school, Central Michigan (who's also a dumpster fire at quarterback).
Who knows how good this kid would have been. Or how well he's going to perform in the future. And it looks like he has plenty of other offers and schools interested in him:

But if he comes to CMU and throws 30 Touchdowns, I guess that’s one less fire to put out.
CMU Football needs a savior Messiah, come to the holy land they call Mt. Pleasant, MI.

Please God let the Messiah come to the promise land. The Michigan hand-me-down worked with "Sugar" Shane Morris, let's give Michigan State's a try now. Why go to a "bigger" school like LSU or Louisville and struggle to find time and put up numbers. Come to Mt. Pleasant, put up 30 TDs, help turn a one win team into a bowl team, and be the biggest name on campus.
