Matt Patricia continues to be an absolute disaster

Yesterday may have been my breaking point with Matt Patricia. This week the Lions host the Carolina Panthers, let’s check in on Lions practice from Thursday:

That’s right. This asshole is outside wearing shorts. Like a douche bag college freshman walking around campus when the first snowfall of the season hits.

Why the FUCK are you practicing outside with an inch of snow on the ground and 30 degree temperatures…when you play INSIDE A DOME STADIUM?!?! And Detroit’s only two cold-weather games come later in December with trips to Buffalo and Green Bay. And if you’re thinking "But the Patriots always practice outdoors” Repeat that back to yourself and really think about what you’re saying.

On top of that, Wednesday, Patricia said he cancelled practice and held a walk-through instead in order to "better take care of his players' bodies in the midst of a stretch of three games in 12 days."

Then the very next day, he proceeds to hold practice outdoors in the snow…I thought this dude holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering?

And I get it, he’s trying to show that he’s building a “tough” culture here in Detroit. All It comes off as is a played out, corny attempt at being the Patriots.

I can only imagine how fed up the players are of his bullshit too. To start the season, he pissed them off with his unusually long training camp practices. And now with an inch of snow on the ground and a home game indoors approaching, he's got them outside running slant patterns in a blizzard.

I gave Matt Patricia a fair shot to start the year. And thought early on with wins against New England and Green Bay, that he may have turned the corner with this franchise.

But if he keeps rolling this shit product out on the field...
